"Teamwork and individual assignments for all security environments. When using a company that provides a service, this one will fit the bill."

"The supervisors and management are unethical. They have written requirements which they show to clients, but they do not actually hold personnel to meet those standards. I repeatedly reported failures by security staff, where they failed to keep premises secure, allowed damage to client property, failed to safeguard keys and access badges, and were playing video games instead of maintaining awareness of the premises. Management tried to cover up what was going on, and insinuated wrongdoing on my part in front of my coworkers. They consistently deceived the client into believing they were meeting expectations, while concealing their low levels of performance."

"The only enjoyable part of this 7-day assignment was the super cool people I met and we quickly became united by comparing notes of the false promises. The management team could have not possibly been more unorganized. People were left wondering what the following day's schedule would be. I stayed up waiting for the main manager to send her job assignments and start/end times. Two nights I was up until midnight continually checking every half hour with the front desk- nothing, NADA. There were a few components making this security detail "frustrating." Most of the supervisors had no clue what was going on. Consequently, people were abandoned at their posts. Many people had not received something as simple and humane as a bathroom break. Many people had accumulated 3-days worth of staff catering vouchers because no one ever showed up to ensure they got breaks. Now let's factor in were about 11,000 feet in the dead of winter on top of a mountain (temperatures with a windchill factor exceeding 10 below zero). I nearly sustained frostbite to both of my feet."

"This company is a joke. Seriously, don't waste your time. Applied with them after seeing an ad for 15-16 on Craigslist. Told them what caliber firearm I have, not once, not twice, but 4 plus times! It was even in my resume I sent. After meeting up for the 1st interview. I get told to put my 2 week notice in. They said everything looks solid. For some reason they do not want you to work another job part time. They will fire you if they find out. 2 red flags already went up. I'm very glad I didn't put my notice in. For the actual training day. Had to wake up at the crack of dawn to get there. It was going to be a full day. After the 3rd hour I finally meet up with the supervisor that does armed accounts. I get told my state registered firearm is to powerful to use for any account they had. You couldn't tell me 2 weeks ago after I told you want model I had?! You can't have anything higher than a 9mm. No one in the small office communicates with anyone. The supervisor even had a copy of my resume but still did not read it fully. I also get told pay is 13.90 to 14.10 with odd hours. I walked out. They lie and mislead you in hopes of messing you over. Never put your 2 weeks in unless the company honors their agreement in writing. If they can't do that or think it's odd to ask for that, they are not worth your time. I would have been in trouble financially if I blindly put my notice in and quit my current job."

"Company really is a waste of time. 1st time they wasted my time I sat in the office for a full hour filling paperwork out. Once I finished I get told the position I applied for and talked about over the phone AFTER I already sent my resume in I can't move ahead to start training. I get told I need 7 to 15 years of military experience for the job. Here's the thing. They only pay 14 bucks being armed. 2nd time I applied with them a few years later. They tell me to put my 2 weeks in asap. They can't tell me the actual pay or give me any more info until I do a 4 hour class and fill more paperwork out. What the advertised was 15 to 16 with experience being armed. I even put on the paper they give you no lower than 15. I get told its 14 and must be graveyard. Even though you fill out the same paper work over 100 times. No one cares to read or pass the info along. You will repeat yourself to the point you get a headache. The orientation was a joke. The supervisors think they can talk you into working shifts you didn't sign up for. Never put your 2 weeks in until you know for sure. Get it in writing if you can."

"Although one of the largest contract security companies, I feel like I'm working for the smallest, cheapest no room for advancement companies ever. It seems the management is doing everything to terminate one instead of working with them to advance ones career, the feeling I get is they just shuffle you around to their advantage. Unfortunately the job market for me isn't too rosy, but if something comes along I'm gone from this rinky dink outfit."

"I have been a guard for almost 5 years now and this company has pushed many guards' buttons while I've worked for them. We have gone through 3 supervisors since I have been there and are without one right now. Nobody wants to take the position due to the fact of the company not helping when coverage is required. Pay is average and the hours can be brutal if someone decides to call off, especially if you've just worked a 12 hour shift... The company does not reward their employees, at least not at our site. Some of the guards have literally taken the time from their family and out of their own day to show up and help the company with coverage yet not a simple thank you, at least not in my 5 years being there... However besides the hassle of being called and making you feel pressured to come in when someone calls off this is by far the easiest job anyone could ever take and if you can find a site around where you live that's a plus too."
