"For the most part, the sales team works well together to meet its goals. No one, take up too much of the burden."

"Recently went through a major reorganization. I don't like how they handled it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I get along well with upper management, and recognize while there may be things I dont like (such as how the reorganization was managed) they have to make business decisions they feel is best based on the direction of the company."
