"I have worked for Securitas from 2017 and are still currently employed with them in 2019. In 6 months I went from entry level security to a shift lead officer. Within 2 Years I became the Security Administrator. I enjoy the position because I report directly to our client and not a Securitas Site Supervisor. Supervisor attention to the job and team are poor and officer training is suffering. Supervisor is unwilling to take pointers, help, or suggestions from a fellow employee with more management experience than they have. Contract worker, contracted to a specific site. Once assigned the home office pretty much forgets about you. After promotion to Security Administrator my branch manager stopped looking to transfer me (which I requested to be transferred) to a new site which paid more than the Security Administrator position I was given here with no pay raise."
