"Great private company but could be better"
What do you like about working at SecureTech Systems?
"Small work group tightly knit, intersting projects, well rounded in terms of experience."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Very good company and great people do not forget that they will work with you up to a point. But be prepared to run long hours and be flown everywhere on a moments noticed. Expect to field trouble shooting calls while trying to maintain a deadline on a job site all the time. Above all expect to carry the load on paperwork for site and installs Sales will forget quite a bit and you will be expected to catch anything and everything that falls thru the cracks."
What don't you like about working at SecureTech Systems?
"Insufficent equipment to do some desired projects, unrealistic expections on time windows for jobs. Too much reliance for install tech to cure all problems on site and not notified prior too showing up on site. At times failure of sales personnel to complete pre requisite forms for install and tech coming up behind to fix while on job site. Desired job pre requisites would be more efficent if two personel were running shop not one tech to do all the work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Gave suggestions to CEO when I left the company they were heard but not desired to be addressed in the manner which I suggested"
