"This company faces significant challenges in that new management does not portray any care for the employees. Morale is very low and there is constant worry about when the company is moving out of state. More and more key employees are leaving. There is very poor communication and the only successful managers are "yes men" to the CEO. They had good ideas on the product at one time, but now only invest in board member earnings. There are too many questionable activities for a publicly traded co."
