"This company faces significant challenges in that new management does not portray any care for the employees. Morale is very low and there is constant worry about when the company is moving out of state. More and more key employees are leaving. There is very poor communication and the only successful managers are "yes men" to the CEO. They had good ideas on the product at one time, but now only invest in board member earnings. There are too many questionable activities for a publicly traded co."

"Complete due diligence on the company financial condition and major share owners."

"While it was a risk accepting this position, the financial condition worsened limiting engineering dollars required to complete the necessary improvements."

"The company had a history of making some bad financial choices which was driven by a board of directors and investors."
