"I thrive in a challenging environment. My Manager John Hoie would continually provide me with new responsibilities."

"Other than the layoff I can't say there was."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think management should acknowledge subordinates working styles. Personally I thrive better with a macro manager, however others thrive with micro managers. I feel for an employee to truly grow with the company they need to be comfortable with the level of management placed on them."
