"I have worked at SRMC for 4 years and overall this place is a good place to work if you are a nurse or a retiree who needs something do do. As for my position within the hospital, I am the only male in it and while my co-workers are great, sometimes the management is not. My supervisor will work with you on somethings but not on others, while she will fight for somethings with the corpoation itself in reguards to our job but not others. Just be prepared to do a lot of work for very little compensation."
