What do you like about working at Seaway Bank and Trust Company?

"I enjoyed learning how money in the banking industry earns profits. I learned a more informative and precise definition of the word comptroller while working in The Comptrollers Department at Seaway National Bank. All the employees in this department were very skillful and portrayed multitasking skills at its maximum capacity daily. One had to have a team worker rapport to get the work done. We had to be mindful and efficient with meeting deadlines. Based on my duties in the job description/title I held the course, The Fundamentals of Banking had to be taken. It helped one better understand responsibilities of accurate operations and financial recording and reporting. I learned the importance of following the legal guidelines for our financial institution to the letter. I did not participate in an internship during my studies at Chicago State University and I look at my employment at Seaway National Bank as an internship in the banking industry. I learned so much and continue to utilize the skills I acquired there today. One of my outstanding and very a well liked traits in my professional accounting service is reconciliation. I know that reconciliation is a necessity involving check and balance and I love it. I applauded myself for being an employee at Seaway National Bank and I thank them for allowing me the opportunity."
