What do you like about working at SeaTip?
"Telecomute - I have a lot of freedom to work from any place in the world. I am well versed with the work now, thus I am in control of the work/tasks. I like to interact with the clients, design as well as implemet specifications. I get to be a part of decision making in all the technical issues as well as my understanding of business process in general helps the management in making sensible decisions. That is very rewarding."

"Keep your techincal skills rounded and well updated, you may work for a variety of different fronts. Keep in mind the ROI for the company any time you want to propose a solution."
What don't you like about working at SeaTip?
"Funding has been minimal for many long years. This poses many restrictions on product enhancements as well as personal monetary growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We need to raise capital instead of privately funding the projects for years. Marketing activity should have more focus."
