"As a long time employee I have mixed feelings about this firm. While there have been times of great prosperity, it often has come on the backs of under appreciated employees working far too many hours. Lacking process and procedures for nearly all roles, employees are expected to succeed with little to aid them. Upward mobility is limited and usually only available when someone leaves, and for some departments that leads to career stagnation, where the only option to advance is to do so elsewhere. Interdepartmental relations are tense at best, and it is rare to see people trying to help each other. Management is more concerned with getting through the week and rarely, if ever, looks at the long term and plans accordingly. The reason most people stay: Decent pay/benefits, and flexible work schedules."
