"I worked for Sealtron from August of 2014 to September 2019. Technology is underutilized. The internal IT resources are poor and could not resolve issues in a timely manner. Managers do not work as a team and tend to point fingers instead of working on solutions. Employee turnover is high due to long hours and high-stress levels."
