"Budgeting for Information technology was not on the list of priorities. This made running the IT department nearly impossible, only emergencies that stopped production where ever paid attention to by the management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let you talented people run things with a little less supervision. Don't bad mouth your staff and challenge them to confront you. Partners should go off site if they are going to YELL AT EACH OTHER!!!"
