"Be prepared for a lot of frustration in the office. Serious heavy-weight attitudes and personality conflicts left unchecked."
What don't you like about working at Seahawk Enterprises?
"The personalities of the Office Manager and Accountant were very caustic and rude when boss was out o the building. They gossiped and caused trouble for everyone. Did not finish their work as promised and caused delays, which they blamed on the other workers. The CEO felt that he needed them and so was caught in a bind."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"His Office Manager caused most of the problems in the office. Her communication skills were awful and she was extremely rude when he was away from the office."
