Over time you will be made to fall in line and told what little value you hold. You should be grateful for whatever low sum of compensation you are given and that you are just another commodity. You will see that they continue to hire sycophant incompetent senior management that will get the highest share in bonuses and all the credit while you should be happy with 2% for 100% of the work."

"Seagull Scientific has a great product but growth and development are stagnate. Everything is decided/done from the top and all improvements or initiatives are held up by the CEO. Holding others accountable is difficult when individuals have been at the company for so long and see no importance to continue growing or provide their best work. There is a lot of opportunity for the business, yet fear, control issues from the top, and stagnant employees do nothing to benefit them."
