"I was well treated. A big plus for me was that the job was close to my children in Rochester MN so I could commute."

"Seagate has been bought and sold since my tenure there. It's a whole new ball game."
What don't you like about working at Seagate?
"The company was very cost conscious, always watching the dollar, cheap even. Would pare staff by the quarter if profits fell. Not much security. Some managers were capricious which created some stress in the ranks."
