"Ask about how much one will make. Ask for an employee hand book!!!!!!!"

What don't you like about working at Dillon's?

"I don't like the middle management don't really know what to do or how to manage. Also I don't like the low pay scale and bad benefits that no one can afford. Anti-union videos that were required to watch."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get new management and new benefits!!"
