"The work is different, and the amount of responsibility is as much as you can excel at. Dress code was casual, and unusual personalities were tolerated."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stress your practical work experience; emphasis on a positive, energetic attitude. I would opt out of the company health insurance, and look for unusual clauses in the find print of any contract they want you to sign."

What don't you like about working at SeaBotix?

"It is a garage started, family owned/managed company. You have to accept that the family's interests come before the company and it's employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you do not have a formal education, or traditional work experience, this company gives opportunities you may not get elsewhere. Likewise I would rely on talented/hard working employee's of this same description."
