"The company is based out of LA, but does work all over the country. Their projects mainly consist of military and federal government projects, which can be frustrating dealing with the "red tape" that comes with them. With their projects scattered in multiple regions it also can put a strain on the labor moving to different projects which can leave your project with limited resources. Overall the upper management finds a way to manage through issues and gets the projects done on time and under budget. The CEO is great and often pays for an annual company vacation as well as a party for the employees. We were supposed to go on a cruise to Vancouver this year, but with Covid concerns it was canceled."
