"I worked at the company for two years and found upper management focused only on profit and unable to diversify their client base. Employees are asked to build the company, often for no additional pay, while also working their assignment. Employees would be assured their positions were stable, only to come in the next day and told their positions were no longer needed at the client. Disregard for lower level employee's well-being was common by upper management."
