What don't you like about working at San Diego Community College District?
"My direct supeior at the time I worked for them knew of an existing problem not of my making with the military liaison officer and the co. Normally, clearly this would be a situation where the response is yes sir and carry on. However, in this particular case...even though my direct superior fully concurred that I was not at fault nor an instigator of any of the difficulty, I was repeatedly verbally reprimanded by the college director and directed to resign, but dont make any waves in the mean time, till my contract was to end 45 days later. As an aside. The contract liason officer was shortly re assigned to a secretary position by CNET when this was all revealed to her."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen and provide redress to the instructors. If an ivestigation had been done properly which one would expect by a professional institution that is staffed by ex military personnel. They would have found not a single complaint from students or school houses that we serviced that in point of fact much to the contrary. I dont know whether the outcome would have been different, after all the people in charge at the time were a nexus of poor selections put in place. However, my feelings towards sccd would be quite different."
