"Be persistent. We need good teachers but it is hard to get a permanent position with our current budget crisis."

"Lack of funding. Slow infrastructure for course design and approval."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Our managers are doing an excellent job given the circumstances. They have made great progress even when working with a declining budget and conforming with old rules and regulations."
