"Great place to be. Electrical Engineering department was growing fast when I was there."

What don't you like about working at South Dakota State University?

"Like in many universities available resources (money, people) were not enough for the number of ideas that could have been researched."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I cannot recall now some things that may need improvement."

"I have started working as a graduate research assistant from October 2013. It's a very good experience to be a part of research group. Every Wednesday team meetings are held in which there is a good chance of exposing your work to other team members. I really enjoyed the way my supervisor encouraged me in hard times. Finally, I would say it's a great experience working with the current team."

The work environment is good and relaxed, no formal work pressure. The managers are really helpful and maintain a good connection with all the team members. Every week a meeting is held with team manager to discuss the work done in the previous week as well as work to be done in the current week."

"Sometimes it was difficult to be working at a University due to the constraints of our research."
