"I've worked at Scottsdale Shadows for 8.5 years and have found it to be very rewarding. The property has a "sesame street" feel to it where everyone is enjoying their work. The employees are extremely loyal which says a lot about the workplace. As a company, Recreational Center Inc. (RCI) manages the property at Scottsdale Shadows and the grounds and amenities are meticulously kept clean and lovely. The residents are very happy there with plenty of activities to enjoy. Working for RCI has been rewarding in so many ways. The property has seven HOA's on site with one to two buildings each. I interact very well with the board of directors and senior management."
