"I began with Yates & Associates in August of 2009 as an IT Help Desk/Assistant to VP of MIS. In June of 2011, the company was purchased by Scottish American and I began the transition of moving into a Associate Underwriting/Broker position. During my time at Yates/Scottish American I was able to learn from all departments, gaining an understanding of how the process from application to policy was successfully processed."
