"I have worked at Scott Armature since december 2005. The money and overtime here is good and I have gained alot of experience/knowledge of electric motors/generators from 120volts to 4160volts both single and three phase. Overall it is a decent company but it lacks a team effort in completing daily jobs. Also, when there is a problem, the management is more concerned about who done it rather than getting together to solve the problem and keep production going."
