"At times there is a wider gap as to the line of action between the Senior Management and employees. Number of times it has been observed that individual departments are working in silos and not as a team striving towards the common goal."

"Please bring more sense of one's own organization (self ownership) rather than making staff feel that they are clerks who are supposed to do what they have been told to do and do their part of jic saw puzzle without understanding the big picture contribution."
