"Get every promise in writing, they will try to fool you with mystery math on compensation. Oh, and don't be fooled by the promise of maybe matching 401k contribs---it's never happened."
What don't you like about working at Scientiae Group?
"No recognition or feedback, except when extremely negative/emotional feedback is irresistable to the boss. Ironically, for a healthcare education company, the boss smokes in the office (which is a violation of city laws) and dares staff to object. Meanwhile, everyone is slowly developing pre-emphysema!"

"Get a real HR person, and listen to his/her advice."
