"DO NOT even try - go to competition, Solid Concepts much better Org, and System. Currently 'in-play - being LBO by 3 D Systems."

"Narrowminded, egotistical and short-sighted. Says NO to customers, rather than PLUS selling them."

"New Customers are the key to sustainability and Lost sales review would yield MUCH insight as to WHY you lost market Leadership, and many VALUABLE, SKILLED associates. Need Operational QC and QA standards, and production PRIORITY identification. Attention to detail, and continuous ops improvement mentality. They NEVER say THANK YOU - take everyone, and every customer for granted- systemic attitude problems, and world's worst quoting, sales engineering process."
