What do you like about working at Schwan's?

"At first it was about quality and customers first. Taking care f the employee first but that has ended. It is all threats everyday the CSM to work 6 days to make upper Managers goals with no regards to economy or their lives"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you know. It will be five to six 15hour days every week and no support or consideration for you time or family."

What don't you like about working at Schwan's?

"its no a good company by structure. In management their is no security many over ten years have been let go while others doing far worse still are employed. I want to work for a company that values my work not explot it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize they are going about this kind. Of business in the wrong direction. They need to practice what they preach and not be so hypocritical. They need to let the employees see and feel they care about them not just numbers."

"The express family values but manage completely different, they act as everyone is replaceable and express that in all messages by threats. Many federal laws are broke daily"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This company will take all you give and then still want more so you will have to make a choice and many have in what will you put up with. To do the job as they beleive they pay for you should plan to work or be threatened to work 6 16 hour days per week"

What don't you like about working at Schwan's?

"The pay is pitiful for a demanding 16+ hour work day, no ethics or adhearence for federal law but the threatening to its employees is above the normal all for thier bonuses. They cut the field bonuses and brag on profit they have accumulated and believe they will not be sued because they have more money"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Place themselves in the employees shoes and actually try to be fair of what they ask and if they would be willing to work in such horrible working conditions for the miserable money they pay. Make a difference a positive impact"

"In the beginning, the challenges of developing an under performing facility and work force"

"Be careful of what you are promised and if possible, get it in writing and hope they will fulfill the promises made during the interview and after the hiring is completed."

What don't you like about working at Schwan's?

"All the political agendas and unkept compensation promises"

"I don't think they would accept any suggestions."
