"I am not an expert on giving advise to anyone since I'm still in the process of learning myself; but if I have to suggest anything to anyone who is on the process of going through an interview is just being honest and show your desire and ability to learn since we don't all know evevything."
What don't you like about working at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt?
"There wasn't anything that I dislike about working at Schwabe. What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understanding but yet be firm. It is not an easy task but I learned it while I was a Laboratory Manager with about 20 employees under my belt while I was employed at University of California. I believe in perfection but at the same time I believe we are all human bound to make mistakes and the point is not to repeat the same mistake the second time."
