"I have school age children and I get to spend a good amount of time with them. I also enjoy working with children of all ages and all backgrounds. Children teach you something new every day."

What don't you like about working at School District of Philadelphia?

"I think schools should allow more student input about its every day operation. It bothers me that most of the folk that make decisions for students are at leat a generation or two away from the students."

"Students play a bigger part of management decisiions."
