"I've worked at Schiller since 2014. I find that the company allows me to be involved in all aspects of my projects. Unfortunately we are not up to date with Lean manufacturing techniques that I have been more involved with in previous companies. We aren't particularly forward looking. Management tends to play the blame game too often."
