Submit a Review"I love knowing that we at First Transit are providing a service for the handicapped so that they can live a more normal life, not just going to doctors, clinics/hospitals, but hair/nail saloons, malls, or just to visit family/friends.I would like to see all regions working more closely, swap trips that are closer to the other regions, hence making the routes more efficient."
"I loved to communicate with the customers (project managers). They didn't know but I was really learning from them on how to be a project manager. I didn't like being in a place where my desk was used as a storage place when I visited my second location."
"My current assignment provides no advancement or involvement with the project. Unfurtunately, Superior has a strong presence in this refinery and little chance of working outside of it. Therefore, I am bored. If Superior has a strong backlog of work, they are a great company to work for."

"They like panel interviews with at least 5 people interviewing. Be prepared to discuss our resume in detail."

"Not much room for movement upwards. People have been there many years and don't plan to move up or around...so leaves little for advancement opportunities"

"Listen to new-comers, there are many areas that can be improved with new perspectives."
