"Love the sales manager. Great place to learn about Steel direct from the mill. Not really a place anyone could plan to stay long term. The company management style does not allow for that. Only one voice and that is the owner. No other managers have any authority. Their apparent has only known his dad as his boss. You can figure out how that will go.
