"Just don't do it."

What do you like about working at Sunward Consolidated Group?

"I really didn't like my experience there... I do not suggest this place to anyone."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to interview with 50 + people in small groups, no individual interviews until final rounds."

What don't you like about working at Sunward Consolidated Group?

"If you want to work for a company from the 1950's this is your place! It is very segregated... I didn't really take notice until I left on my first day exactly how bad it was. All of the women have admin jobs... which mind you they are really disrespected and completely oblivious to the fact. You have to address the upper management as Mr. _____ at all times, practically standing the second he walks in the door. The salesmen are jerks, but I don't blame them. They're paid to wear a suit and tie and cold call all day, stealing leads from a website they don't pay for. Everything is on paper, even little hand written voice mail messages for the owner. Zero benefits for 6 months or so I think, not even PTO for full time employees. You have to park blocks down from the actual building and are expected to trek to work through the snow in a suit. I couldn't even handle a week there, they hire weekly/monthly because no one stays around. It just feels like a bad place to work from the start. Do yourself a favor and invest your effort into something that will advance you in your career."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Welcome to the 21st century... Quit demanding respect from your employees and start treating them with a little and you may actually receive genuine respect from your employees."
