"I started working as lab assistant in the summer before my last year of graduate school. I love all the possibilities to learn and expand my skills. I LOVE all the people that work here. Unfortunately, from the beginning, I knew I wouldn't get a full time position since they rarely hire part timers. Most of the lower level people have worked there as part timers at some point, but there are so many part timers that not many get hired at the end."
