What do you like about working at Scandia Family Center?

"I liked the friendly atmospher of the work enviorment and how we worked as a team. We worked so well togther and everyone helped each other to get the job done. I liked that my Manager was understanding and fair about who got time off and reasons for switching shifts with other employees."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Smile, dress nicely, show up on time. Take into account that this is a Family place, so there will be a lot of kids. If you don't like kids, this is not the job for you."

What don't you like about working at Scandia Family Center?

"I found it a bit irratating at the amount of times they would change how things were done. We would have a sysetem all set up on how to do something, and then would suddenly say we couldn't do it anymore. We would have to set up a new way to do the samething and it would take awhile before we got back into a smooth sailing routing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only suggestion I would say is don't always give the customer what they want. We would sometimes get customers who would throw a fit about something just to get free food or half off of their party packet when nothing was wrong. I think we loose money that way verses earn more by wanted to keep those customers around who keep coming back and complaining everytime just to get free stuff."
