"I find the work that the organization does to be very rewarding. The staffing is small to be able to effectively get their jobs done while managing several AmeriCorps members. Additionally, the staff is expected to use their own resources such as phones and computers for their job with no compensation, and it feels as if there is little to no work/life balance coming from the top of the organization."
