"I have worked at SBM for almost a year now. I have learned a lot of new and useful information in a very short amount of time. I was also promoted after just six months of working there. They have lots of perks such as breakfast three times a week and lunch every other Thursday, and snacks and drinks are always available. However, things move very slowly here and it is very hard to make changes. I also feel like the food and drinks are offered instead of better wages and benefits. There are lots of opportunities for growth and movement within the company, but unfortunately, this is usually due to the high turnover rate."

"This is the worst company to work for. Terrible management, coworkers, and duties. Hardly any training provided. I'm honestly not sure how the company still exists."
