"I like working there, the people are all very nice."
"I've worked for Stonebridge Hospitality since 2015 and was laid off due to COVID-19 in March of 2020. During that time I was given multiple opportunities to grow within. It was a great experience and I admire every single person I have met on my way."
"There can be many perks to working for this company, but, in turn, you are not treated with any sort of loyalty or respect."
"I've worked as a partner of Stonebridge Companies for over 3 years. Stonebridge owns, operates, and develops hotels and currently has a national portfolio of 63 hotels. It is an extremely complex ownership structure and very fast paced environment. I've had the privilege of leading the company through the recent chaos as we maneuver through various national shutdowns and maintain positive outlook and morale."
"working with stonebridge since 2017 , its a big company with more then 30,000 associates starting as small employee and reach to a manger with all a huge responsibility and big support , i will say I would stay with them but also I need to improve my carrier with Hvac field which is not available with stonebridge."
"I was Supervisor at Denver Airport Hotel and I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Open Door policy is a JOKE! I followed all handbook steps in writing because I was bullied in front of the guests by other co-worker, and HR showed with dirty hair, black suit and attitude at the property to make a meeting. Management did anything to save their own skin in front of Corporate, including attacking the complainer’s credibility. Don’t worry, HR will hand you a paper so you can resign. Stonebridge doesn’t care about employees and employee retention. Run with your DIGNITY as I did. Renovation is a disaster. SHOOT the messenger and verbal violence at workplace is HR philosophy, but remember, they can’t “validate” your statement."
