"Be prepared to be low balled on pay. The politics around here are worse that in Washington. Lazy people are rewarded and hard workers are overlooked. If you can brown nose you might do ok here."

"I do not need a babysitter. I am more qualified than my boss, but I would rather be in a different carrer."

"Change the supervisory structure, and the pay is very low. The pay needs to be higher. Change the office layouts and the work schedule."
