What don't you like about working at Saudi Aramco?

"Well mechanized accounting systems. Their performance appraisal system is very good except that the bell cure sometimes causes some unpleasantness in a few."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is too many years since I retired and I do not know the present set-up and am not in a position to suggest any changes now."
