What do you like about working at Sarstedt?

"Nothing. I hated going to work every day to be spied on and interrogated about my personal life."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THIS COMPANY. I would only recommend working at Sarstedt if it were the last resort."

What don't you like about working at Sarstedt?

"Everything (and I mean everything) is micromanaged. If you even look at someone the wrong way, you will be called into a conference room and questioned. Everything is on security camera. If Management decides they want you fired, they will send out their spies to collect evidence against you and either push you until you quit or put together enough (mostly made-up) evidence against you to fire you. You are told with whom you can and cannot eat lunch, where you can and cannot live, and with whom you can even talk. If you break one of these rules, you will be questioned. You basically leave your cell phone and basic American freedoms at the door after you enter."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Loosen up and trust your employees more. The only employees who truly want the best for the company are chased away by the controlling nature of Management. Everyone can be broken into 2 groups: those who are too weak to try to find another job and those that are just biding their time until they can find something better."
