What do you like about working at Sargent & Berman?
"I loved that S&B was very flexible. If I had a doctor's appointment or personal matter they were willing to give me time off without deducting it from my vacation as long as I wasn't abusing the privilege. Also, it is a professional yet easygoing work environment. I got along with everyone who worked there. My work load was not overwhelming yet it was still sufficient to keep me busy."
What don't you like about working at Sargent & Berman?
"The one thing that I didn't like is that there was no way for me to move up in the company because of the company's size. There really isn't anything they could do about that since my position was unique and there was no promotion they could really offer me."
