"Though opportunity exists of being hired on as an employee, consider the length of contract offered and read the same print in the contracts offered; you can negotiate some points offered or not offered in the contract."

What don't you like about working at Pfizer?

"Though the company hires a lot of contractors in very important roles, contractors are not included in business meetings or functions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If the business is going to rely so heavily on contractors, then why not include them in business meetings, etc. Their efforts really go a long way to help sustain the business processes."
