"Don't take their word when they say temp to hire because you find out later that it was not the case after you get in the door"

"I was not supported by a manager in the company but by a temp from another company that went for the same job causing a conflict."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to have a manager that will work along with the team incase of team problems"
