"First and foremost, I enjoy my co-workers, and helping them succeed. I like working for a company that has superior products to our competitors, and I like the opportunities that exist for top performers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared for a poor work life balance. This is almost irrelevant for single individuals w/o kids, a wife, etc. Unfortunately, we are losing many good people who need more time with their families."

What don't you like about working at Santander?

"The culture. Very micro managed and overall moral is low unfortunately. I also dislike the lack of branch locations, but this is only temporary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Managemen does a great job of conveying the goals and articulating a clear message, but the governance is too heavy."
