"I liked the organization and structure by which they ran the internship program. I enjoyed the fast paced environment and the ability to work on my own or on a team. This company allowed me to flourish as an individual, and grow as an employee."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The interview process was very rigorous and involved a lot of unorthodox questions that force the interviewer to think on their feet. I would not recommend someone to interview for this company if they weren't bright, innovative, and able to handle the pressure."

What don't you like about working at Sanofi?

"I worked in the IT department of the company which lead me to realize that I am a hands on individual and would much rather get my hands dirty than sit behind a desk."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe that the management did a great job at leading the interns while still allowing us to work independently."
