"Wait until the major shakeup and reorganization is complete before joining. Until that time, it is a hellhole of a workplace with no respect for employees"

"Lack of clear direction from top management. Sandvik never paid well but now, with the new CEO, there is no job security, no sense of what business entities will remain with Sandvik and what will be sold off. Very poor communication coming from top management and very slow changes."
