"I worked for Sandler Training of Utah from May 2016 to November 2016. This is a franchise and this specific franchise was a bad work experience for me specifically because of poor leadership, low pay, no perks, and no professional growth opportunities. My boss told me lies to convince me to work for Sandler Training of Utah. It was not a good move on my part but I'm so glad to move forward with my life because that company and job was psychological torture."

"Really weird culture, it was such a small company - only two sales coaches work there. It was like being on an island. I also disliked the low pay, there are no benefits, high turnover, bad technology. For example, Sandler Training of Utah uses Google spreadsheets to keep track of leads and customers. It made things very inconsistent. No growth/advancement opportunities available because it's such a small company. Boss had a difficult personality and not the easiest person to work for."
